Application and Explanation of Use as a Legal Gateway
This Act gives an LA the power to do anything that an individual can do, as well as other powers, such as to define who may go on a social housing waiting list, to meet homelessness duties through the use of private rented accommodation, and to allow bodies in the voluntary sector and others to work more closely to deliver services.
